- Contact form: your name, email address, the service and budget you select, and your message. This information is used only to answer your enquiry and, if we work together, to provide the agreed services. It is sent to my email inbox and is not stored in the website database.
- Spam protection: to prevent abuse of the contact form, the website temporarily counts submissions per visitor using an anonymised (hashed) IP address. This counter is deleted automatically after one hour.
- Email: if you email me directly, I receive your email address and the content of your message.
- Server logs: the hosting provider automatically records technical information such as your IP address, browser type, date and time of access and the page requested. This is necessary to keep the website secure and working, and logs are kept only for a limited time.
Cookies and tracking
- This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not run tracking scripts.
- Fonts and scripts are hosted on this website’s own server, so visiting the site does not send your data to third-party services such as font or script providers.
- WordPress sets cookies only for logged-in site administrators, not for visitors.
- If analytics or other tools are added in the future, this policy will be updated first and your consent will be requested where required.

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting project, and for as long as legal retention obligations require. Afterwards they are deleted.
